HPA 80's Aerobics

Pile on the neon and join us at Dallas Country Club for an rad hour of pre-Spring Break cardio! No coordination or required, just bring some hydration and wear comfy shoes. We’ll honor the throwbacks then move to the floor for core work - or rest if preferred. Everyone’s encouraged to modify as desired - pregnancy friendly as well with a heads up in advance.
