The Hyer Preschool Association (HPA) is an all-volunteer organization operating under the charter of the Hyer Elementary PTA that operates as a 501c(3).  It serves families with infants and pre-school aged children in the Hyer attendance zone.  

Our mission is to build a culture that connects families with infants and young children in the Hyer Elementary community while encouraging the values of integrity, respect and kindness.

We do this in order to create an environment that inspires the intellectual, social and emotional well-being of our children.  We strive to accomplish our mission by:

• providing opportunities for parents and children to build relationships with each other as well as with other parents and children
• welcome new parents to the community
• staying connected and up-to-date on relevant information and neighborhood news
• helping families that are going through challenging times
• leading kinder readiness activities
